The Digital Strategy and Performance team is responsible for the Ministry's Digital Strategic Plan and monitoring Digital's performance across the entire portfolio. It also holds accountability for enterprise planning, architecture and design, as well as asset and investment management.We are current seeking a Senior Advisor - Asset and Investment Planning to join the team in the Ministry's Digital Office. Your experience, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to influence and deep understanding of technology will be critical to successful digital service delivery.
**Your day-to-day work will be varied and include**:
- Providing critical advice to stakeholders
- Leading asset planning
- Collaboratively embedding and improving asset management capability
- Contributing to the digital strategy planning and development of long term investment plans
- Championing people centred delivery at the Ministry.

To be successful in this role you must have the following skills:
- Substantial and demonstrable experience in providing advisory services both formal and informal up to Executive level
- Deep understanding of asset management practices tailored for a digital portfolio
- Ability to analyse and model complex information to inform decision making
- A willingness to learn, be adaptable, and to facilitate learning at an eco-system level.
- The resilience and influencing ability to champion new ways of working
- Be self-motivated, self-managing, and a self-starter.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $116,904 and $163,344 based on skills and experience.
