**About the role**

In this role you will;
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across various groups.
- Identify and analyse change impacts to people, process and technology
- Design and deliver effective communication and engagement campaigns.
- Support user acceptance testing and operational trials.
- Ensure successful post-go-live support and transition to BAU (Business As Usual).

**Please note this will be a 15-month fixed term opportunity that will start in January 2025 and end in March 2026.**

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who excels in leading business change, especially in the technology sector.
- Extensive experience in change management on large projects, including technology implementations.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with complex technology change and adoption.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations and deliver results.
