Programme Advisor

Full time, Permanent Position

About the Role
MSD's Transformation Office are a team of trusted portfolio management experts and advisors who are responsible for leading the strategic management of MSD's overall work programme. The team offer support and guidance to MSD in value and change delivery, while being the stewards of master records, using data to provide insight to aid decision makers, and sponsoring effective ways of working for change delivery.

About You
The Programme Advisor role supports the efficient and effective management and delivery of MSD's work programme, helping to establish and improve frameworks and processes to ensure its smooth and effective operation.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist with design and implementation of Transformation Office frameworks and processes.
- Contribute insights and information into dashboards and reports.
- Maintain integrity of master data records for Portfolio and Programme information that can be traced over time and can stand up to external scrutiny.
- Design and maintain the online presence, ensuring people have easy access to playbooks and user guides.
- Facilitate the induction process for new people joining the Programme.

Position Description

**Salary range**: $75,943 - $91,931
