Our new team member will be responsible for daily management of Radio Hauraki’s website and social media platforms, producing entertaining content to grow our audience. As a digital content expert, you will also use analytics and insights to inform future digital platform strategy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create compelling digital content to amplify Hauraki shows and station tactics across all Hauraki digital platforms.
- Create and publish posts across the portfolio of Hauraki social media platforms.
- Publish digital content created by the shows and content team to Hauraki web & social media platforms.
- Assist the content team with content development, from ideation to execution.
- Build and maintain authentic audience communities, coming up with innovative ideas on how to nurture engagement.
- Be the digital content expert, providing insights and post-campaign reporting to the team and sharing best practice.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and video editing experience essential.
- An active digital media, social media and radio consumer.
- Experience using CMS platforms an advantage.
- Attention to detail - ensure all content is accurate and appealing.
- Understanding of media law, particularly around copyright, plagiarism and defamation.
- Have your finger on the pulse of the latest digital trends, music, sports and news cycle.
