**The opportunity**:
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the growth of a comprehensive experience design and digital production studio in Auckland. Your goal is to help refine and implement the processes, structures, and personnel support needed to establish and expand an outstanding digital product studio. You'll be serving both an experience design studio and a creative brand & marketing agency, bringing digital projects to fruition. You will collaborate with our highly proficient digital and design specialists and some of Aotearoa's most inventive minds to deliver top-notch digital solutions for blue-chip clients. Our studio not only supports local clients but also works alongside our global TBWA network of studios, partnering with and delivering design and build services to international clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end production process for digital projects, including websites, apps, and digital marketing campaigns for multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of digital projects
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs, and ensuring project success
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support project execution
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, adjusting resources and priorities as necessary
- Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout project lifecycle to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital offerings remain cutting-edge and competitive
- Ensure thorough QA and meticulous documentation for every project, reinforcing our commitment to excellence

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a digital producer, project manager, or similar role in an agency or digital-focused setting
- Strong understanding of the mechanics of digital production, including design, development, and content creation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams
- Solid experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resources in line with client needs and objectives
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
