Office Manager Required

New Zealand West Bay Horticulture Full time

We are looking for a qualified Office Manager for our company. This is a full-time permanent position and will consist of handling the full operations of our company office.

To be considered for this position youll have at least a qualification in Business studies at Diploma level or higher. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames. You will also ideally have knowledge in the running of a simil company and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience for the position.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiastic about customer service excellence and the contribution you can make to the business

Knowledge and work experience in horticulture industry is also essential for this role and relevant Office Management experience for at least 2 to 3 years
You will need to be flexible and good at negotiations.
Ability to use a computer and basic programs like Microsoft word and excel is also beneficial.

This is a full time Permanent position and successful applicant will be required to manage the business office and work with other Managers, staff members and third parties to ensure the successful operations of the business.
