An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Risk Lead to join the Team as we grow our service provision and navigate the changes/direction within the Health sector.

As a Quality Lead you will support continuous quality assurance, quality control, quality improvement and risk management for Healthvision.

You will work across the business units supporting the operational and strategic objectives, which enables the organization to meet legislative, contractual and relevant standards such as Nga paerewa Health and Disability services standard NZS8134:2021

This is an exciting role that will fully exercise your skills and expertise in leading quality improvements, policy development, risk management, complaints management and internal audit.

Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, you will help drive and implement our quality plan and framework. Using your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will champion a quality perspective to all parts of our organization.

Are you proactive, problem solving, innovative and have understanding of the health sector, its direction and comfortable with change management then we would love to hear from you

Do you have a passion for quality improvement, service user safety, risk management and take a pro-equity approach to everything you do? Bringing your experience in continuous quality improvement tools, processes and audit you will help Healthvision transcend to the next level of high quality, accessible and equitable services for all. Strong Communication and collegiality are key to this role.

Working alongside the Health and Safety Officer this role traverses across many facets of the business. You will need a good understanding of the challenges experienced in the current landscape and what it means to meet a myriad of individual needs and expectations whilst also working within a framework of equity and quality assurance.
