As Brand Manager your purpose is to challenge the traditional betting experience in a fun & dynamic way. We want our brand to be the go-to destination for young urbanites, blending sports and racing with a tech-savvy twist. We're all about the social scene, making waves with our 'disruptive' marketing that shakes up the old, boring media landscape. This role supports the purpose by taking ownership of the brand's role within the portfolio, implementing the strategic direction across the marketing mix including product pipeline, brand communications, digital platforms, events, promotions, and influencer programs, creating distinctive meaning for our consumers.

We have offices in Auckland, Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. **Your day-to-day...**
- Develop, manage and execute annual marketing plans in line with the business's and brand's long-term strategic objectives, being the key lead in bringing all stakeholders together to align.
- Provide detailed briefs based on market insights and previous learnings to further enhance our brand awareness and education in the market.
- Develop and manage new consumer marketing campaigns ensuring consistency across all platforms; a full activity calendar to be developed and owned by the brand manager.
- Champion the brand among external as well as internal stakeholders, inspiring others and ensuring that the importance of within the portfolio is clearly understood.
- Work closely with the product team to review and inform the NPD pipeline, in line with the consumer and market (and overseas market) trends, identifying opportunities to increase the relevance of the brand, and aligning to product and portfolio rules.
- Led the planning, development and implementation of marketing activations - proficient in a full mix of marketing tools and techniques.

**What You'll Bring...**
- Previous experience in a similar postion or from a digital, Media FMCG or similar.
- A strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing, to effectively promote a brand.
- Background in public relations and working in the earned media space to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Strong Knowledge of consumer journey and content creation and production.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights, and make informed decisions to drive the brand's success.
