The role of National Business Manager Woolworths NZ & Specialty Channels is the primary Kellanova leader with the customer and is responsible for the overall implementation of trade strategy with the Woolworths NZ business across all equities. You will drive win/win outcomes for both parties and set the direction for all aspects of customer strategy, execution, promotional programs, range management, customer marketing and sales planning. You will provide oversight and guidance to a Key Account Manager, Specialty Channels working to unlock further potential by identifying growth opportunities and help manage the new business that is found.

A visible role across the business, you will form a part of our New Zealand Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager - who has a strong background in Sales and an ideal mentor to take your career to the next level

**A taste of what you’ll be doing**:
Delivery of company targets of volume, Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and Operating Profit and market share across both cereal and snacks
Create and drive strategic agenda with Woolworths NZ, through a JBP, that enable both parties to win in the marketplace.
Setting direction for promotional programs, range management, customer marketing and sales planning
Develop new line launch plans with the Woolworths NZ team to ensure speed to market on new lines, stock weight to store and long-term success of our innovation
Ensure all key stakeholders across the Kellanova business are aligned and engaged in and understand the customer strategy to ensure delivery against the key metric of profitable growth
Provide oversight and guidance in the identification and prioritisation of new opportunities and further developing existing relationships across Specialty Channels
Co-developing with Key Account Manager, Specialty Channels strategic business plans with customers
Ensure accurate forecasting of the cereal and snacks business via the sales planning resource with a 12-month outlook
Ensure regular and consistent communication between Kellanova and Woolworths NZ to achieve effective implementation of plans, reporting of results and forecasts of future plans
End-to-end team management and development

**Your recipe for success**:
With a track record of success with major customers in FMCG, you will demonstrate a customer-centric and strategic approach to create mutually beneficial profitable growth. With methodical strategic business planning capabilities you will convert these plans into executable plans. You will have strong negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills to successfully partner with external customers to guide great outcomes, but equally with internal customers to help in the delivery of your customer plans. A strong commercial acumen will be another skill that will aid your success.
