ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Perform the Oracle EBS EAM Functional Lead role to lead the business process and functional design, configuration, testing and deployment for the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite Enterprise Asset Management (EBS EAM).
- Act as the EAM trusted advisor for the customer’s Business SMEs and Users.

Lead Functional workshops and drive the outcomes.
- Develop close working relationships with the customer’s Business SMEs, Project Team and Users.
- Provide ongoing, hands-on functional support for the client during Hypercare after go-live.
- Provide advice and guidance to the EAM users in how to use the Oracle EBS EAM functionality while they are becoming familiar with using the new system.
- Monitor and update Service Requests (SR’s) logged on the customer’s incident tracking system and respond within SLA timeframes.
- Analyse and resolve functional issues.
- Log, monitor and update SR’s with Oracle Support for product issues.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Mandatory_
- Experience as an Oracle EBS EAM Functional Consultant on a minimum of four Oracle EBS EAM implementation projects, having been the Functional Lead in at least one of those projects.
- Experienced in running Functional workshops to gather requirements and drive the functional design based on the standard business processes built into Oracle EBS EAM.
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS EAM business processes, functionality and configuration.
- Experience in using Oracle EBS EAM to manage property and buildings as assets.
- Excellent client-facing consulting and communication skills.
- Able and willing to participate in hands-on activities as needed including configuration and to resolve issues.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite in Auckland, New Zealand, with some travel to Nelson in New Zealand.
- Preferable_
- Oracle EBS EAM certification.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
