**About the role**

We’re looking for a savvy IT specialist to lead our End User team, ensuring we are continuously looking forward - making life easier and better for our end users.

With over 5,000 desktops, 1,000 + mobile phones and meeting room technology across our many sites - this role will have a focus on both BAU leadership of a team of 6 and strategic input to our End User strategies across all of Foodstuffs North Island.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Leading the End User Compute team, driving their high performing and engaging culture.
- Building, monitoring and supporting the end user workspace solutions, including hardware, software and security.
- Taking ownership of the EUC strategies, standards, policies and future planning for the best user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Managing vendors and service providers for solution planning, project deliverables and technical support activities.
- Work with a range of employees & teams, including Security, Infrastructure, and Executives.

**About you**

With communication skills second to none you will be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at a range of differing levels, using your technical knowledge to build credibility and lead strategic conversations.

Keys to your success in this role will include:

- Having a wide technical view and understanding, including experience in EUC implementation, infrastructure, and system administration,
- Understanding of Microsoft Intune & Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager,
- Hands-on background on Windows Desktop, Microsoft Office and Asset Management
