**About the role**:
We’re on the hunt for a self-motivated and keen Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. You will be working in a customer focused, high performing IT Operations function, keeping things ticking across our 2000+ servers As an Infrastructure Engineer you will work alongside a strong team of Infrastructure Engineers as well as a range of stakeholders through the business.

What you’re responsible for:

- First point of contact for IT Infrastructure support
- Working on the ticketing queue and ensure SLAs are met
- Resolving incidents and service requests
- Escalating high priority tickets as needed
- Complying with and contributing to Full end-to-end Infrastructure processes and reporting, including capacity management and planning.
- Effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure

**What skills and experience you need**

Perhaps you have experience as a Senior End User Compute/Desktop Support role at a large organisation, or are currently an Infrastructure Engineer in a smaller environment and looking to take the next step in your career. The key thing we are looking for is someone that is eager to take the next step in their career. Keys to your success in this role will include:

- Ability to build positive relationship and thrive in the team environment
- Knowledge in Citrix, VMWare, Enterprise Storage, Group Policy, Active Directory, Exchange, AntiVirus, Skype, Proxy, Mail scrubbing, Commvault, Acronis, SCCM, Monitoring
- Superb communication skills and able to join in on the fun
- Understanding of the components required in an effective network infrastructure.
- You will be flexible and able respond to incoming requests, and someone who constantly can challenge the status quo.
