**What will you be doing?**

We are on the hunt for a commercially astute business partner with experience in financial analysis, contract negotiation and process improvement to step into a **6-9** month fixed-term** **contract** for our Asia Pacific region.

As a **Commercial Director**, you will play a key role across the business; developing and implementing commercial strategies and programmes to drive revenue and growth for our Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the regional sales teams, you will provide commercial direction, resolve contractual and commercial problems, and ensure pricing of bids is in accordance with established deal governance.

With support from our in-house legal team, you will be responsible for drafting, managing and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers, and will make commercial and financial recommendations to internal regional teams and global executives.

Success will be in the development and delivery of programmes of work, and negotiation and delivery of competitive commercial agreements through analysing and providing accurate and timely commercial information. You will know you've achieved success in your role when you are seen as the 'go to' person for commercial matters throughout the business and from customers.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- **Experience/Skills**:You will have 6+ years experience in a similar strategic role with exposure to legal and financial spheres. You are no stranger to contract negotiation, budgeting and forecasting in a commercially complex environment.
- **Characteristics**:Firm but fair, you are known as the go-to person. Your strong communication skills paired with business acumen mean you influence high performance effortlessly. Tenacious by nature, you turn strategy into results.
- **Qualifications**:Preferred post-graduate degree in related field.
