About the role
Reporting to Chief People Officer, this role sits within People and Capability team and works closely with Specialist Workforce hiring managers to identify better recruitment practices and improved recruitment opportunities, including optimising the use of technology for specialist workforce recruitment.
This role will partner with managers and stakeholders to successfully identify, develop and deliver improvements to our specialist workforce recruitment processes and practices.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in people leadership
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Specialist Recruitment Advisory role
- Experience in recruitment and managing complex recruitment projects and programmes of work.
- Experience and knowledge of employee relations related legislation, particularly where it relates to Recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capable of establishing and building effective working relationships with people of all cultures and employees at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate information, data and ideas into a language that can be understood by a wide range of people.
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
