The Opportunity

The Digital Content Manager, will work closely with the Senior Digital Content Manager within their Squad, bring their marketing/digital publishing craft, to support stakeholders in the design and publishing of digital content and improving the digital experience to help achieve business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You’ll work very closely with your fellow marketers, and your stakeholders in Product, Customer Engagement, Customer Strategy, Operations, and Digital to deliver an engaging digital experience via Resolution Life public websites.

This is an exciting opportunity for digital professional with good foundational experience around Content Management Systems (CMS). You will maintain and enhance the Resolution Life public websites for Australia and New Zealand.

Your Story
- Maintain and enhance the Resolution Life public websites for Australia and New Zealand.
- Create and maintain website content in line with brand and publishing guidelines
- Ensure that all content is accurate and reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders
- Work with Senior Digital Content Manager to assist with optimising the website experience offered to customers and business partners
- You have some experience using a CMS (e.g. Drupal, Wordpress).
- Experience creating and publishing website content
- Basic understanding of website best practise, user experience, accessibility and SEO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management, prioritisation and workload management. Must be self driven
- Effective stakeholder engagement and teamwork
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Insurance industry experience (desirable)
- 3+ years experience in developing and maintaining digital content (desirable)
