Lead the delivery of exceptional social media content and services while shaping our strategic initiatives as Blackjet Social's new Client Delivery Manager.
Blackjet Social is a leading organic social media agency specialising in driving compounding growth for service-based businesses. Our client base spans various industries, including health, accounting, professional services, recruitment, audiovisual, property, manufacturing, and construction. As a trusted service-provider, we are committed to providing world-class social media marketing services and exceeding client expectations.
The Client Delivery Manager at Blackjet Social is a dynamic role that involves leading and managing the delivery of a client portfolio. You will manage your own client portfolio, set client strategy, deliver social media content and work closely with our diverse team of social media specialists and contractors to drive results. In addition; you will lead the Delivery team, support them with their account management, approve content and ensure adherence to systems and KPIs. As a key member of our agency, you will have the opportunity to develop and review client strategies, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and shape our service delivery process. With operational and strategic responsibilities, this role is a leadership position based in our Wellington office.
You will have a proven track record in marketing strategies/social media, client account management, and adding value. You love to manage multiple projects at once, Get Sh*t Done (one of our core values), solve-problems, think ahead and are an effective communicator. Ideally, you'll have a marketing or business degree.
You may be currently working in a marketing role; balancing a lot of projects, an experienced Account Manager, or, perhaps, you are working in agency delivering to a portfolio of clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about driving exceptional social media results - then this role is perfect for you to take ownership (Own The Flight Path is another one of our core values) and soar high with us as a crew.
