We are currently seeking a talented Principal Architect to join an innovative consultancy in New Zealand.

This company is at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, working on exciting cloud-based projects and leading an AWS focused cloud programme.

As the Principal Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the team, working closely with leadership, providing mentorship and leading the project from a technical and design perspective.

You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology, staying ahead of the curve and driving innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the programme architecture and work with the team to develop and implement cloud solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching to the team.
- Work closely with leadership to understand project requirements and develop solutions.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for new solutions.
- Develop technical architectures and ensure they are aligned with business goals.
- Drive innovation and identify opportunities to enhance offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Principal Architect or similar leadership role.
- Expertise in AWS technologies and architecture.
- Strong experience in cloud-based projects.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
