**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership and System Architecture**:

- Define and drive the strategic trajectory of our geospatial technologies and solutions.

**Advanced Solution Development**:

- Ensure seamless integration of geospatial solutions with enterprise systems

**Technical Advisory and Decision Making**:

- Serve as the principal geospatial advisor to senior management.
- Lead the assessment and implementation of emerging geospatial technologies and methodologies.

**Mentorship and Team Development**:

- Design and execute a robust mentorship program to elevate the skills of our geospatial staff.
- Identify and capitalise on training opportunities to augment team capabilities.

**Research and Innovation**:
**Quality Assurance and Best Practices**:

- Champion best practices in geospatial data security, privacy, and ethical conduct.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- A proven track record of excellence and leadership in the spatial/GIS domain.
- Mastery of GIS software, spatial data analysis, and system integration.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to continuous learning and a passion for driving innovation in the geospatial field.
