**Mo te tūranga** | **About the Role**:
As ASB People moves forward to ensuring alignment with bank-wide strategy and being well positioned to effectively deliver the People strategy, we are looking for an experienced **Senior People Business Partner** to join the team and provide outstanding HR generalist advice and support. This a permanent role, reporting to a Head of People Partnering.

Working across an exciting and complex portfolio we require a high achieving HR professional with strong experience across the domains of technology, transformation, data and analytics and is well connected to relevant future trends and market insights. It is essential you have confidence to strategically collaborate with senior leaders and executives to understand their requirements and drive organisational effectiveness. Transformational change and management will play a large part of this role with the opportunity to lead and implement initiatives.

A team focus, strong relationship skills and exceptional communication skills will set you up for success when involved in project work and building successful cross functional relationships. Current knowledge and working experience within NZ employment law, is also needed.
