**What do I need?**
Great temporary opportunity for an accounts professional to come and showcase their skills within this established finance team. You will be a down-to-earth individual who can slot into the team and have that natural willingness to support and confidently juggle a variety of tasks.
- Accounts receivable duties including smooth running of this function
- General bookkeeping including invoicing, receipting, and making deposits
- Managing debtors’ along with day-to-day maintenance - reconciliation and opening of new accounts
- Credit control - following up overdue accounts
- Matching, coding, and approval of invoices - AP processing large volumes
- Working closely with the Procurement department to resolve internal queries
- Handle customer requests and queries in a professional manner
- Working to investigate and resolve any external issues with Suppliers
- Addressing any billing discrepancies
- Generating financial reports and statements
**Who am I?**
- Solid AP/AR experience in a busy high-volume environment would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills and good communication skills.
- Immediately available and can commit for 3 months (minimum) - temp assignment
- A reliable and proactive attitude is essential
