**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance to the business to ensure adherence to procurement and finance policy and process
- Ensure security and legal requirements and other obligations are met in all procurement activity
- Work with internal customers and vendors/resellers to ensure products and services are delivered in full, on time, on budget and as specified
- Procure for the business a diverse range of goods & services, from Yak belly hair to cameras, VFX rendering software, IT & data centre equipment and everything in between
- Manage the day to day relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Manage processes to track procurement spend against project/show budgets
- Track, update and proactively manage expiring services, e.g. software licensing and subscriptions, support and maintenance. Work with the business to ensure renewals are completed to ensure continuity of licensing and support
- Provide logístical support to shows when crew are on location
- Accurate record keeping within a purchasing/inventory management tool
- Lifecycle management of equipment, tools and software

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with MS Office products suite
- Negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
