**The Role**

In this newly created role, as Business Insights and Analytics Manager, you’ll report directly into our Head of Market Access in New Zealand to create and provide financial modelling, performance analytics, and insights to drive strategic direction within this important market.

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

- Use your modelling to provide robust predictions and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Review, enhance and create financial models, dashboards and reports to drive decision making
- Provide insights on commercial performance, market share, and gaps in market
- Work across functions (Marketing, Sales and Finance) to build and adapt models
- Conduct sales resource optimization analysis to improve sales force effectiveness

You’ll have:

- Experience in developing financial models, and using these to provide recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt your style to the intended audience
- Knowledge in how your insights have driven business success in the past
- Some experience in performance reporting and/or sales reporting is a plus
- An understanding of the industry will be a bonus, but not critical
