**About the role**:
The Insights team is within the Operations, Tasking and Improvement branch at Immigration NZ. The Team Leader Insights is responsible for the provision of key insights on the operational performance of Immigration New Zealand. Into the future, the Insights team will be growing as it incorporates operational reporting, risk review and data management capability alongside the core insights functions. The Team Leader, Insights will play a critical role in managing some of these new capabilities so that they can get up and running smoothly and then deliver high quality outputs.

The Team Leader is also responsible for building and enhancing the overall capability of the team to ensure the quality and consistency of analysis and practices in relation to the team’s work.
