As a Temporary Accounts Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in managing our client’s financial operations.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Receive and process payments from parents into our student administration system (Kamar) and ensure accuracy. Don’t worry if you don’t have Kamar experience; we’ll provide training, and picking up the system is easier than you think
- Support the team by assisting with tasks according to your abilities. Your contribution will be valued and aligned with your skillset.
- Import data from Kamar into Xero, meticulously checking for accuracy to ensure our financial records are pristine.
- Reach out to parents who are behind in fees, working to establish arrangements to bring accounts up to date. While this will depend on your aptitude and available time within the 20 hours, your proactive attitude will make a difference.
