**Team Administrator**:
Our central processing hub is on the lookout for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our Auckland team as an experienced Team Administrator where you will have a strong focus on providing administrative support to the team along with high volumes of data entry and systems processing.

This role would be a great fit if you have a high level of attention to detail, can prioritise your work, handle high volumes of administration and data-entry and the ability to change directions where needed.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent, Office based role in our Auckland CBD branch.

**About the mahi**:
This role plays a pivotal part in providing support to our broader business where you will be delivering back to our internal teams, largely through data entry and administration.

You will be enabling our teams to operate more efficiently and successfully and be part of a diverse, fast paced team where your contribution will make a real impact.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- A background as a Personal Assistant or administrative focus role would be preferable
- You will need to have strong typing skills (a minimum of at least 40wpm)
- High level attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under stress and deliver to service level agreements
