**What you’ll be doing**:

Demonstrate your expertise, passion and skills as you operate as part of an effective and engaged Customer and Network Operations Team.

This role is based in Christchurch and reports to the Manager, Business and Consumer Provisioning.

The Business Provisioning Manager will own the Business process, including escalations and co-ordinate the delivery of Copper and Fibre Business products as defined and in accordance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements.

The Business Provisioning Manager will lead a team of Provisioning Coordinators who provide exceptional customer service by taking ownership of all Business provisioning activities including escalation management.

You will have a strong focus on quality and consistency where you will utilise the teams continuous analysis to drive improvements and efficiencies.

Communication and Stakeholder Management will be your key areas thus enabling you to deliver to Customers’ requirements. This includes attending established governance sessions with our Retail Service Providers and Service Partners.

- Sound verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complicated concepts and complex technical information to multiple levels of audience
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Proven abilities in stakeholder management, relationship management and conflict resolution in a project environment, identifying dependencies and translating these to ensure sound decision making
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
