**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability in line with company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand our commercial reach
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as Marketing and Finance, to ensure alignment and smooth business operations
- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key commercial metrics and trends

About you:

- Proven experience in commercial management, business development, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent business acumen and a strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and profitability
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using business software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
