We are currently looking for a highly motivated Office Manager and IT Support person to join our team. This role will own office administration duties and office procedures, as well as providing general IT support for our growing team. This highly varied role would be an excellent opportunity for someone to come in and make it their own

The key focus areas of this role are two-fold:
Office Manager
- Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process for employees, including office set-up and IT equipment (ordering of supplies, inventory log)
- Coordination of incoming mail and deliveries
- Ensure the office (physical and remote workspaces) meets health and safety requirements
- Manage the ordering of office supplies, equipment and food and beverages
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Provide general support to visitors
- Management of office security cards and liaising with the property management
- Management and coordination of events, as required
- Small maintenance activities around the office
- Partner with People & Culture to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Maintaining and ordering kitchen supplies as needed
- Manage and communicate office layout and moves as and when needed

IT Support
- Taking ownership of our asset registry and ensuring that all equipment is tracked through its lifecycle
- Managing the asset lifecycle; from ensuring we have the required equipment for new starters, warranty claim handling when required, ordering replacements when needed
- Helping to manage system access for our staff
- Providing basic and essential internal IT support to our team, getting monitors working, replacing printer cartridges, help with installing and updating systems, and support using our systems

About You
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and flexibly
- Experience in server/workstation/network hardware implementation and support
- Knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Basic knowledge of general IT systems
- An understanding of health and safety in the workplace
