Reporting to the Financial Controller
**Key Responsibilities**
- Full AP process, receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Revenue journal import
- Providing information requested in a timely manner
- General Administration functions
**Skills and requirements**
- ** Must have experience in high volume invoice processing**:
- Degree in accounting or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Be a self-starter and take initiative
- Team player
- Applicants must have valid NZ working rights
