We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator looking to advance their career to join our OCS Australia and New Zealand team as a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position with an ASAP start and will be based at our National Support Office in Eden Terrace, Auckland.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective processing of payments and bank reconciliations for the company.

**About the position**:

- Reconcile supplier statements
- Provide support to operations team
- Data entry processing of creditor invoices
- Payment to suppliers
- Respond to queries and issues from banks relating to direct debits and bank transfers, and follow up where necessary to ensure all issues or queries are resolved
- Mentor junior team members
- Assist in other ad hoc duties as required

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experienced in Accounts Payable (minimum 2 years)
- Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Be able to manage time effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
