Infrastructure Team Leader

**Te āheinga: The opportunity**

In this role, you'll be responsible for a mix of technical hands-on support and leadership for a team of seven, including core human resource management, technical infrastructure leadership within Digital and hands-on delivery and support for our onsite, IaaS, and Cloud solutions. You'll also:

- Coach and Mentor the Infrastructure team to achieve operation excellence, cybersecurity compliance and maintain best digital practices
- Provide systems administration and fault resolution for our desktop solutions and physical/virtual servers
- Play a critical role in the design and implementation of new solutions and systems
- Collaborate with technical leadership, system administrators, and business stakeholders to develop solutions to meet operational goals for high availability, performance, stability, security, and cost efficiency

You'll have:

- Team management and resourcing experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise tasks and activities to meet agreed deadlines
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- 10+ years of Microsoft systems administration
- Experienced in Azure Cloud and laaS technologies
- A tertiary qualification in computing and engineering
