In this fulltime permanent role, you'll provide advice, support and assistance to the Regional property Manager for Region 1 alongside:

- Managing contracts documentation and assigned contractors
- Managing leases (both leased out Unitec property, and external leased properties)
- Monitoring and managing Facilities Management (FM) Help system
- PeopleSoft Financial Administration - managing accounts and meeting KPI's
- Systems and Procedures - Maintain Facilities Management central filing system
- Managing of Carparking, Cleaning and Grounds contractors
- Providing regular reporting on KPI's for FM Help and key contracts

You'll have:

- An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
- Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
- Minimum of three years' office administration experience in Facilities or Infrastructure area
- Experience leading a team of administration kaimahi
- Good understanding of accounting principals and business acumen
- Clean NZ Class 2 Drivers License
