Due to expansion and continued growth, we have an opportunity for a strong sales-focused people leader to join our ANZ Sales Leadership Team. Your new role will lead the sales direction for our Construction & Forestry product group across the North Island.

You will be accountable for driving sales performance in your region and product group, growing market share, and designing and executing sales strategies that align and achieve the wider Brandt business strategy.

**About the Role**:

- Collaborate on asset and inventory management planning and forecasting to enable market share growth strategies.
- Assist with developing all sales staff to build a motivated and successful workforce.
- Compile and analyse sales data to optimise market-based pricing to increase margins in all equipment groups.
- Facilitate and promote corporate sales strategy and initiatives through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
- Support the local sales consultants in negotiations of sales contracts with key customers.
- Regular travel to maintain an ongoing presence at all operating locations within your AOR

**About you**:

- Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal driven.
- Proven ability to build and grow sales in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years prior experience successfully selling related products, complemented by a minimum of 5 years progressive management experience.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to travel throughout the assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
- Must possess and maintain a valid passport and be available to travel internationally.
- Must have a valid Driver's Licence.
