We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and capable Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Practice team and help us to make the things that matter, better.

This is a full time role, 32 to 40 hours per week. We are based in Wellington, but would also suit someone working remotely within Aotearoa, New Zealand.

**About this role**

You’ll manage the delivery of multiple web projects using your strong project management skills. We're looking for someone who can liaise with clients and the internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and on budget. You’ll support the account management team to develop and maintain strong working relationships with our clients and to grow opportunities within clients. You’ll facilitate the meetings, ceremonies and workshops that keep the team productive and humming.

We're in the process of integrating iterative and collaborative ways of working across the agency, with cross-discipline squads to deliver client work. The Delivery Manager will work with a squad to help embed the new ways of working, support and empower practitioners to deliver and grow, and develop great client relationships.
- Facilitate the team to enable them to deliver project work.
- Manage the planning, scope, and delivery of digital projects.
- Contribute to the development of project estimates and statements of work.
- Manage and maintain project budget and progress reporting requirements.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction with projects and work programs.
- Cultivate a positive, friendly, supportive and respectful working relationship with clients and be their internal advocate at Springload.
- Alongside the team, ensure the strategy, scope, and direction of each project is viable and feasible.
- Enable, empower and support your project team to succeed through facilitation of agile ceremonies and processes.

**Required skills and experience**
- Experience with a digital agency and digital projects.
- Well developed project management skills.
- Working knowledge of agile ways of working.
- Ability to create and manage a product backlog, develop sprint backlogs and help with prioritisation of backlog items
- Resilience, flexibility and a positive mindset.
- The ability to work with ambiguity
- Strong relationship management skills. Adaptable approach depending on the client or project.
- Well organised, and the ability to organise a team.
- Clearly communicate requirements and outcomes when you deliver a brief.
- Commitment to collaborative ways of working and proven people management skills.
- Familiarity with many tools that assist team collaboration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including senior stakeholder management and the ability to write Statements of Work and Proposals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced organisation/agency and love variety.
