**The role/s**
We have both permanent opportunities available and temp/fixed term until approx. June - so whether you are looking for a long-term career move, or the chance to gain more experience for your CV between commitments, we should have something for you
**Details and duties may include**:
- Potentially 1-2 WFH days once training is complete
- Monday-Friday - 8:30am-5pm
- Equipment provided
- Dealing with cases end to end, helping customers throughout their project/life cycle
- Junior technical support and guidance
- Build long term relationships as your step through the case/project with your customers
- Complete and process documentation
**Your Background**:
If the above sounds like something you’d be interested in, here are the qualities and skills you will possess:
- Proven experience in business or customer facing roles and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communications skills coupled the ability to calmly deal with a high-pressure environment
- Able to handle different customers through the life cycle of their work
- The ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify solutions swiftly
- Previous relatable office/business experience of some kind
- Looking and available for a mid/late January start
