**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Delivery team in a pivotal role delivering top-tier support to Gallagher Security Channel Partners and Internal Sales Teams. As a key contributor, you will process repair and return requests, orders, and queries with precision and speed, epitomising our commitment to exceptional customer service. You will have a strong process improvement mindset and your in-depth understanding of Security products and processes will ensure informed and timely assistance for our valued customers.
Please note this this is an on-site role based in Gallagher Headquarters in Melville.

**Experience & Attributes for Success**
- 2+ Years of Customer and Sales Support experience
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously within a team, fostering cooperation and a “can do” attitude
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with the Outlook MS Office Suite, and familiar with SAP ERP & CRM basics
- Process Improvement Mindset: Experienced in streamlining business processes to boost efficiency and productivity

- Self-Reliant: Manage tasks effectively without constant supervision
