**About the role**

The Customer Care Centre is central to the ongoing success of our business. Spanning four locations across Australia and New Zealand the ongoing team of ninety and peak period team of up to 200 provide support to our customers and customer insight to our business.

**Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Maintaining a clear understanding of the group, divisional and business Unit vision, purpose, and strategy, sharing this with team members and ensuring an understanding within the team
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other business partners to effectively lead and develop your team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all areas and help improve the measurable performance of the Customer Care Centre
- Take an active role in improving the business by participating in programs, projects and initiatives

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role within customer contact environments
- Demonstrated ability and passion for coaching, mentoring and engaging a diverse team who work both in office and remotely
- Great planning and prioritisation skills, juggling many competing priorities
- Attention to detail, with an equal mix of outcome driven thinking and data driven analysis
- You will be flexible, proactive and hands on
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- A customer champion who fosters and drives this within the team
