The Employee Lifecycle and Automation team looks after the engineering, development, and continual improvement of our internal software solutions, driving the employee experience at MYOB. As the team lead, you will need to ensure efficient delivery of these solutions through the team, building capability, driving team engagement, and developing a solid roadmap for the future state of your space; at all times keeping the experience front and center.

Be fun to work with and enjoy mentoring and leading people, while building, motivating, and coaching extraordinary software development teams. You should have demonstrable experience in recruiting and retaining top talent and excel in day-to-day people and performance management tasks.

Have a solid understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies including Agile, Lean, Kanban, and CI/CD. Have a good understanding of Cloud Technology platforms and enjoy keeping your technical skills current, as to be able to effectively contribute to problem-solving discussions at a Senior Leadership level.

Have strong project & product management experience with HRIS and/or Payroll solutions, delivered in an automated & scalable manner into cloud environments.

Run efficient, experience-driven teams - Being detail orientated, and understanding the value in data-driven decisions. Use metrics, monitoring, and alarming to improve the operational processes/performance of your team.
