We are currently seeking an IS Operations Team Leader to join our IS team and assist us with implementing and maintaining best IT/IS practice and provide support services across the organisation.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of support and operations analysts to deliver excellent IS/IT services and operations to the Vitaco business.
- Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching and training to technical support staff.
- Manage the effective delivery of IS support services by providing level 1/2/3 support across all systems. This is still very much a hands-on role
- Ensure Vitaco systems are secure and compliant.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with Vendors and ensure service levels are achieved and related costs optimised.
- Manage asset (hardware & software including licensing) lifecycles, development, and deployment solution optimisation.
- Lead IS problem management and continuous improvement initiatives in conjunction with IS team and the Vitaco business.

This role requires infrequent work after hours and/or weekends for planned technical deployments and maintenance plus occasional support/faults/incidents.

**To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes**:

- 3+ years’ experience as a team leader working with IS Systems and level 1/2 and 3 support in a SME/corporate environment.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining complaint IT operations and support.
- Experience in ITIL service design, transition, and operations management.
- Solid experience with cloud services/platforms, active directory/Entra ID, IaaS, server infrastructure, remote desktop and networking.
- Proven experience with Intune, SOE development and evolution, hardware catalogues and deployment strategies.
- Expertise in the supporting users in the Microsoft computing (on-prem and cloud) environment e.g. M365, Windows 10/11,
- The ability to procure and manage licensing that meets the requirements of a multi profile manufacturing and FMCG user base.
- ITIL Foundation, IT Operations and Microsoft certifications are preferred.
