Reporting into the General Manager - Digital Workplace, this role is responsible for the day-to-day Service Delivery of EUC and Digital Workplace at Ventia. You will work closely with internal staff, vendors, and partner stakeholders to deliver EUC & Digital Workplace services as contracted, measuring the overall performance and quality for our technology platforms to support a reliable and cost-effective solution.

Working an integral member of the Digital Services Team, you will build strong delivery process across the team to ensure clear succession plans are in place and shape, influence and implement enterprise-wide strategic decisions and agenda around customer centricity, safety, sustainability, diversity, innovation, digital enablement and business improvement.

**Your responsibilities will include ( but not limited to )**
- Handle enquires and escalations, tickets or requests from the Ventia Service Desk that require onsite support.
- Deliver endpoint management enhancements and ensure CIS hardening of endpoint devices.
- Responsible for working with our outsource partners and internal staff to deliver a excellent user experience for staff when they interact with Digital Services.
- Deliver onboarding and offboarding processes. Improving employee engagement and ensuring compliance for security and DLP.
- Assist in asset management of hardware, ensuring adequate stock controls are in place.
- Proactively build and deliver new content lunch & learn sessions through Tech Bar, inviting business and partners to support a diverse customer base on new and upcoming product or changes.

**As result you will ideally have**:

- Previous experience and knowledge in understanding governance models for End User solutions
- Sound knowledge of End User Compute, AV, Video Conferencing, Mobility, Dashboards and Microsoft O365
- Proven ability to drive and deliver digital transformation to achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Strategic thinker with a desire to investigate, problem solve and continuously learn new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through
