**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The OD team recently celebrated the promotion of two team members, which has created opportunities to bring new people in to support our mahi.

**Organisational Development Administrator** - Permanent position - 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE).

Salary details: $59,627-$68,340

The OD Administrator is a pivotal role - you would be the person that keeps the wheels spinning across our busy work programme by:

- owning the administrative tasks such as managing bookings and schedules;
- supporting our executive office from time to time in the setup and running of meetings

and events;
- connecting with many others across the organisation to aid the successful delivery

of our programme of work.

**Capability Development Advisor** - Permanent position - 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE)

Salary details: $61,294-$76,617

As a Capability Development Advisor you would be one of four in this role - you would be working together to:

- facilitate soft skill courses focussed on communication, wellbeing, customer service,

and other topics as identified from organisation and business needs;
- involved in projects from an education perspective supporting the introduction

of new technologies and upgrades to systems;
- develop, facilitate, maintain and

evaluate the courses we offer.

For both roles we expect that you will bring a solid administration background; proficient use of Microsoft tools. In addition, we would love to hear how you demonstrate your;

- high customer service skills and ability to connect with all employees;
- knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi;
- initiative, eye for detail and high quality standards;
