We have an exciting 12-month fixed term contract with one of the largest organisations in financial services sector based in Auckland CBD. This is a true remuneration & rewards role where you will have to opportunity to advice and coach the business.

Reporting to the General Manager of Performance & Reward, you will be responsible for leading, managing and coordinating the remuneration and benefits projects, taking ownership of benefit offering including external benchmarking and recommendations. You will also be providing job evaluation and market data framework as well as sizing of new roles and remuneration offers.

To be successful in this role you must have;
- Deep understanding of remuneration and benefits best practice and regulatory requirements within the financial sector.
- Expertise with data, ability to synthesise and critically analyse complex and large data/information.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to produce high quality reports which contain quantitative and qualitative data analysis and associated recommendations.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.
- Experience in embedding operational excellence.
- A genuine customer service focus, ability to work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-starter, with a continuous improvement mindset.
