**About the job**:
This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive hourly rate based on your experience. Expect a busy, hands-on environment where no two days are the same You’ll work 40 hours a week in our bustling store.

**About the role**:
Do you know your PVC from your copper, or can talk about hot water systems without breaking a sweat? We need someone to help our customers—both trade pros and weekend warriors—find the right solutions for all their plumbing projects. From plumbing adhesives to exterior drainage, you’ll be the expert in the department, guiding customers toward the best products and helping them handle their water supply and wastewater needs.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years of experience with plumbing products, tools, and accessories.
- Solid knowledge of water supply, drainage systems, and hot water products.
- A knack for giving great advice and recommending the perfect add-ons (because every job needs that one last fitting, right?).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain even the trickiest bits to customers in simple terms.
- A keen eye for merchandising and maintaining displays that showcase our plumbing range in all its glory.
- A hands-on approach with the flexibility to assist wherever needed in-store
