We are searching for dynamic people to join our Te Puna Oranga Frontline Service team. We have an innovative approach in making a positive difference with patients and their whānau who are admitted to Waikato Hospitals. Via a cultural assessment process with Māori patients, you will provide recommendations to multidisciplinary teams that will contribute towards the care, treatment, and discharge planning process. You will also support the development and implementation of an integrated service delivery approach to both inpatient and community that best meets the needs of Māori and their whānau.
