**Your day-to-day**:
- ** Lead and Innovate**:Take ownership of the mobile development technical practice at Lotto NZ. Conceptualise, communicate, and deliver the mobile app future for Lotto New Zealand.
- ** Champion Standards**: Focus on delivering platform-specific solutions that are standards-compliant. Advocate for best practices throughout the Digital Delivery environment.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Challenge yourself and the business to continuously improve. Your innovative mindset will drive us forward.
**A bit about you**:
- Deep knowledge of iOS and Android development
- Excellent Swift/Kotlin (or Java/Obi-C development skills
- Experience with dependency management systems (i.e. Cocoapods/Gradle)
- Solid experience with App Store/Play Store approval and release processes
- Strong Knowledge of Mobile Application Architecture and HCI considerations
- Excellent understanding of consuming and interacting with APIs and cloud services
- Experience using project and issue tracking software i.e. Jira, Confluence
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT
- Outstanding communication, organisation, time management, and interpersonal skills
