**Our Opportunity**:
A role in the Sales Success Team will see your exceptional customer service and sales skills come to life. You will have the talent to maintain long term customer relationships and be driven to uncover root problems quickly to ensure the success of all sales and answer customer requests.

Customer service and sales experience are vital to execute these tasks to a high standard and your focus will be ensuring our customers are on the best plans and services that suit their needs to increase customer retention and satisfaction. To accomplish this, you will be able to operate and balance complex administrative processes within the system whilst interacting with the customer. We're looking to grow our team of problem solving, scenario unpicking, proactive, reactive, all-round amazing Sales Success Agents.

What you'll be doing:

- A mixture of inbound and outbound calling activity
- Assisting customers to navigate through their onboarding journey by actioning changes to their product bundles, clarifying their orders and case management
- Actioning sales retention for new and existing customers
- Proactively contacting our current customer base to execute Retention Campaigns

Sales Success operate mainly between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturday or evening thrown in there to make sure we've got our customers covered

**We're looking for**:

- A strong customer focus
- Superb communication skills
- The ability to problem-solve
- Experience working CRM systems with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Previous sales experience and the skills to be able to convert a conversation an advantage but not essential
- Demonstrated Retention and Sales experience an advantage but not essential
