Eliminate the word 'boring' from your vocabulary because as a Sales Success Agent, no two days are the same, meaning you will have a good variety of responsibilities and tasks, so time management is key

**What you'll be doing**:

- A mixture of inbound and outbound calling activity
- Assisting customers to navigate through their onboarding journey by actioning changes to their product bundles, clarifying their orders and case management
- Actioning sales retention for new and existing customers
- Proactively contacting our current customer base to execute Retention Campaigns
- The ability to meet targets as this will be a performance-based role

Customer service and sales experience are vital to execute these tasks to a high standard and your focus will be ensuring our customers are on the best plans and services that suit their needs to increase customer retention and satisfaction. To accomplish this, you will be able to operate and balance complex administrative processes within the system whilst interacting with the customer.

Sales Success operate mainly between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturday or evening thrown in there to make sure we've got our customers covered We are a flexible team who work closely together and bounce our knowledge and experience off each other to help us get to the bottom of those tricky requests.
