We are seeking an Academic Administrator to support our School of Iwi Development.

As a member of a small team, you will be the “go to” person providing quality administration to our School, providing relevant and timely information to marae-based programmes delivered and ensuring a positive experience for students who choose to learn with us.

Our successful applicants will have:

- A relevant administration or computing related level 2 certificate qualification or equivalent experience.
- 2 years previous administration and/or secretarial experience.
- Minute taking experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional customer service experience/abilities
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel & SharePoint
- A full clean driver’s licence

Previous experience in an administration or secretarial role within the tertiary sector is required.

Being well-organised with flexibility and great interpersonal skills. Knowledge of tikanga Māori and the ability to korero Te Reo Māori to at least a level 2 competency is desirable, or open to learning. We offer a supportive working environment.
