Regional Faculty Administrator

This Regional Faculty Administrator position is permanent, part-time (30 hours per week) based at our Whakatane campus. The main focus of this position is to deliver quality, timely and accurate information to internal and external customers by being exceptionally customer focused and multi-skilled in all facets of regional administration, finance, recruitment, student support, academic and marketing tasks.
Reporting to the Faculty Operations Manager, the key responsibilities for this position include:
- Working seamlessly with support teams from across the organisation to ensure effective daily campus operations
- Providing efficient and timely administrative, logístical and practical support to Faculty management, staff and students
- Working closely with the Faculty managers to ensure coordinated support for teaching staff on campus and at other regional delivery sites
- Providing exceptional customer service, accurate information and advice, and a positive contribution to students, internal customers, external parties and the wider Faculty team
- Work closely with the Data Centre and Information Centre to ensure effective and timely processing of student enrolments including enquiries, admissions and Studylink support
- Ensure Campus reception area provides a professional and welcoming environment.
