**Job Description**:
We currently have a amazing career opportunity for six committed and self-motivated people to join our Compliance team at AFFCO Rangiuru, located just outside of Te Puke.
Full training will be provided for this role, so no experience is necessary, this role will give you relevant and recognized qualifications that will enable you to start your career in compliance.
The Company Meat Inspector is responsible for carrying out post-mortem inspection of dressed carcasses and their parts to identify conditions that may affect food safety standards.
- A seasonal contract with right of re engagement
- Competitive Renumeration, $25 per hour for trainees, $30 for qualified and competent, with the potential to earn $32 per hour with 2 years experience
- Employment in a essential industry
- Minimum 30 hours per week

- A great work ethic and can-do attitude
- A proven track record of being reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised
- Preference will be given to applicants with food manufacturing experience.
- Able to work shift work patterns with varying start and finish times
**Qualifications**:
Preference will be given to applicants who hold NZQA Level Four Certificate in Animal Examination. However in saying this, if your a motivated and committed person, ready to hit the ground running we would love to hear from you
